Thesis Opportunities in NLP
I supervise Bachelor’s and Master’s theses in several areas of Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Students interested in working on an NLP-related thesis are welcome to contact me by email. Please use your institutional email address and include the following information: full name, student ID, degree programme, number of remaining exams, whether you have attended or passed any of my courses.
Possible thesis topics include:
- Machine Translation
- Efficient Tuning of Neural Models for NLP Tasks
- Creation of Benchmarks for Evaluating Large Language Models (LLMs) Capabilities
- Multimodal Models (combining text with images or 3D point clouds)
These theses are primarily experimental and implementation-based, and they typically require programming in Python.
Topics may be adapted depending on the student’s background, interests, and the availability of supervision.
